Job Responsibilities:
Participate in enterprise product training, learn various types of American medical insurance products and company information
Responsible for customer development of insurance products and providing insurance products and services accurately based on different customer needs
Manage and maintain customer relationships, solve existing and potential customer problems through WeChat and phone
Understand the insurance plan-related issues, and maintain long-term and effective communication with the insurance companies
Participate in market research, collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve product and service quality
Work with the operation team to implement marketing plans, improve marketing service satisfaction rate
Conduct industry research to understand health insurance market dynamics
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, customer service experience is preferred
Interested in the American medical industry, willing to learn the laws and regulations in the field of finance and insurance
Strong learning ability, be able to quickly understand the company's products and tap the potential needs of customers
Careful and diligent, a strong sense of responsibility, have a strong sense of service and team spirit
Good at critical thinking, have excellent communication skills and independent problem-solving skills
Strong execution skill and the ability to work under pressure
